Subscriptions

Hi,

Just added a new subscriptions module to make it easy for everyone to keep track of their topics and favorite forums.

You can subscribe to a topic, forum, etc...by clicking the subscribe box under the first post.

Let me know here how it goes and if you encounter any problems.
